The delegation arrived in Seoul on the morning of May 30. Over two full days, they visited multiple client production facilities, touring workshops and quality testing laboratories to see first-hand how Daping Oils' fatty acid, tall oil fatty acid (TOFA), and diesel anti-wear agent products perform in actual downstream applications. Several clients prepared product samples and test reports in advance, walking the delegation through their production lines and explaining how Daping Oils' materials integrate into their formulations.
Discussions during the visit covered three main areas. On the product side, both sides reviewed supply stability and quality consistency of soybean fatty acid and IV-series fatty acid products, and exchanged feedback on how recent batches have performed on the clients' production lines. On the technical side, the delegation introduced updated specifications for the diesel anti-wear agent product line and discussed how formulation adjustments could better match the Korean market's fuel standards and customer preferences. On the commercial side, the two sides explored customized supply solutions for 2026–2027, including packaging options, delivery schedules, and flexible ordering models suited to each client's procurement cycle.
The Chairman briefed clients on the company's recent production capacity expansions and quality control upgrades, emphasizing that Daping Oils remains committed to being a reliable, long-term supply partner rather than a short-term trading counterpart. The General Manager elaborated on production planning and delivery scheduling, explaining how the company is positioned to support larger-volume orders and more frequent deliveries as the Korean market demand grows. The Sales Director presented updated product specifications, packaging options, and lead-time commitments, and responded to each client's questions on pricing, minimum order quantities, and after-sales support.
Clients expressed satisfaction with the quality consistency and supply reliability of Daping Oils' products over the past cooperation period. Several clients noted that Daping Oils' fatty acid products have performed steadily in their production processes, with key indicators meeting or exceeding technical requirements. One client specifically mentioned that after switching to Daping Oils as a primary supplier, their raw material cost stability and batch-to-batch consistency had both improved noticeably.
By the end of the visit, both sides reached a preliminary consensus on extending existing supply agreements and increasing order volumes for the second half of 2026. Some clients also expressed interest in trial orders for new product grades, including refined tallow fatty acid and customized diesel additive formulations tailored to the Korean market. The Chairman said in closing remarks that the Korean market is a priority in the company's export strategy, and that Daping Oils will continue to invest in product quality, supply stability, and responsive service for Korean clients. The General Manager added that the company is continuing to optimize production planning and inventory management to better match the Korean market's demand patterns, particularly for clients who require just-in-time delivery. The Sales Director noted that the company will refine its product portfolio and technical support processes for Korean clients in the coming months, aiming to shorten response times and provide more proactive service.
The delegation returned to Dalian on the evening of May 31. Specific cooperation details discussed during the visit are expected to be finalized and reflected in updated supply agreements in the coming weeks.
