If the distillation schedule shifts and we can't hit the lead time we quoted, we tell you before you find out from your logistics person.
We're not the biggest soya fatty acid manufacturer in China, and we're not trying to be. What we do is keep our distillation line running steady, maintain our vacuum equipment so moisture stays low, and actually answer the phone when a customer calls with a formulation problem.

Pricing depends on volume, packaging, and how far out you're willing to book. If you're running steady volume and you're willing to go on contract, we can plan the distillation schedule around your deliveries and usually shave something off the price. If you're buying spot, it's still fair - just not as sharp as contract pricing.
Samples come from current production. What you test is what shows up at your plant. Not some separate "sample grade" that's more tightly controlled than your actual deliveries.
Tell us what you're making and what's been giving you trouble with your current supply, and we'll talk through whether we can do better. If we can, great. If we can't, we'll say so, and that's the end of it.
